Answer
First, check which sign-in method you originally used and try the same method again. FitCat treats email and password, Google, and Apple as separate sign-in methods, so using a different method can fail even if the account exists. Unstable network conditions can also interrupt the sign-in flow, so try again on a stable connection.
Steps
- On the sign-in screen, choose the same sign-in method you used before.
- If you registered with email and password, review what you entered and tap Sign In.
- If you registered with Google or Apple, use the matching sign-in button.
- If you still cannot access the account, check the password reset article and the contact option below.
Notes
- You created the account with Google but are trying to sign in with email and password.
- You used Hide My Email with Apple and are checking the wrong address.
- The connection is unstable and the sign-in process is not finishing.
