I cannot sign in. What should I do?

Answer

First, check which sign-in method you originally used and try the same method again. FitCat treats email and password, Google, and Apple as separate sign-in methods, so using a different method can fail even if the account exists. Unstable network conditions can also interrupt the sign-in flow, so try again on a stable connection.

Steps

  1. On the sign-in screen, choose the same sign-in method you used before.
  2. If you registered with email and password, review what you entered and tap Sign In.
  3. If you registered with Google or Apple, use the matching sign-in button.
  4. If you still cannot access the account, check the password reset article and the contact option below.

Notes

  • You created the account with Google but are trying to sign in with email and password.
  • You used Hide My Email with Apple and are checking the wrong address.
  • The connection is unstable and the sign-in process is not finishing.
